3RU Main Frame

/Overview/


ACI’s A6KMF3-3RU Main Frame is a 3-inch rack-unit chassis that provides up to 16 slots that can accommodate the ACION 6000 Headend series plug-in, application and power supply modules. The Shelf ID can be set by the dip switch (12 bit) when multi Main Frame are controlled by one A6KPCM. The Fan controller monitors the fan status and responses to A6KPCM. The DC power connector can provide the DC power to the next A6KMF3. The RS485 I/O port can also be the interface to another A6KMF3. The alarm I/O can provide the alarm signal to the equipment control center.

1310nm Forward Optical Transmitter

/Overview/


ACI’s A6KFT3-1310nm forward optical transmitter is a head-end equipment for HFC or FTTH applications. This compact and cost effective module is 3 RU in height and up to 12 modules can be integrated in the 19-inch high-density chassis (A6KMF3). The RF transmission bandwidth is up to 1GHz. The high performance AGC and RGC functions make very stable optical output for wide RF input range which is very convenient in field application.

1RU Forward Receiver

/Overview/


ACI’s A6KFR1 is an advanced Forward Optical Receiver designed for HFC network to convert the optical signal to RF signal for distribution, with high reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. The A6KFR1 has wide range of operation bandwidth from 45 MHz to 770 MHz or 1 GHz and input optical power range from -5 dBm to 1 dBm. The power supply module can operate with redundancy when two power supplies are installed. Also, the optical receiver module can operate with redundancy when two optical receivers are installed. For the network management, the A6KFR1 supports the remote management by SNMP.
