A8KPCM2

Enhanced Platform Control Module

/Overview/


ACI’s A8KPCM2 – The Enhanced Platform Control Module is used for configuration monitoring and setting the ACION 8000 plug-in application modules by web browser. The RJ45 web port can be used for local monitoring with a computer. The A8KPCM2 module can also be used for remote monitoring by HMS or SNMP. The smart mechanical design makes easy installation of the A8KPCM2 without occupying the plug-in application module space.LCD display module is optional for local control of the PCM2 by using key pad on the front panel.

The RS232 communication port can be used for local monitoring by computer. The A8KPCM module can also be used for remote monitoring by HMS or SNMP. The smart mechanical design makes easy installation of the A8KPCM without occupying the plug-in application module space.

A8KMF3

3RU Main Frame

/Overview/


ACI’s A8KMF3-3RU Main Frame is a 3-inch rack-unit chassis that provides up to 16 slots which can accommodate the ACION 8000 Headend series plug-in, application and power supply modules. The Shelf ID can be set by the dip switch (12 bit) when multi Main Frames are controlled by one A8KPCM platform controller. The Fan controller monitors the fan status and responses to A8KPCM. The DC power connector can provide the DC power to the next A8KMF3. The RS485 I/O port can also be the interface to another A8KMF3. The alarm I/O can provide the alarm signal to the equipment control center.
