Located in Xinfeng, Hsinchu, SinFong Farm is a meaningful extension of Twoway’s commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. Built on the principles of land-friendly and sustainable development, the farm practices non-toxic, pesticide-free, and chemical-free agriculture. This green space blends nature, ecology, and shared experiences, offering employees a place to slow down, reconnect with the land, and find balance in their daily lives. Each week, we share freshly harvested seasonal fruits, vegetables, and agricultural products with our colleagues, bringing the warmth of the land directly into the workplace. The farm also serves as a gathering place for families and communities. Through fruit-picking, planting activities, and ESG-themed events, employees and their families experience the joy of growing together and the shared values that define our corporate culture.
