Powered by its「Broadband Network Business Group」and「Smart Networking Business Group」as dual operating engines, Twoway Group is committed to becoming a leading provider of comprehensive communications and intelligent solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the cable television and communications industries, Twoway Group has built deep expertise in the research, development, and manufacturing of RF and optical transmission equipment. Twoway is a long-term supplier to major U.S. cable television operators and is the only Asian manufacturer to have passed their strict certification requirements, reflecting the Group’s strong technical capabilities and manufacturing standards. In recent years, Twoway has further expanded its technology portfolio by supporting its subsidiary ASTER in developing advanced AIoT applications. This has extended the Group’s business into high-value fields such as smart security, AI-based image recognition, and defense-resilience solutions, accelerating Twoway’s evolution beyond traditional communications. Whether in broadband product development or intelligent system integration, Twoway leverages its solid technical foundation to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet customers’ diverse needs.

To strengthen its global presence, the Group established its U.S. subsidiary, ACI Communications, Inc., in 1999, marketing products worldwide under the ACI brand. With continuous investment in R&D and ownership of key technology patents, ACI serves customers across North America, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia. Twoway provides customized solutions with global logistics and localized technical support, ensuring timely service for customers worldwide. Today, the Group has subsidiaries in the United States, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and other regions—anchored in Asia while serving global markets in close collaboration with international partners and clients.

In the smart networking domain, Twoway builds on its strong hardware and software R&D capabilities and extensive system-integration experience to deliver AIoT smart networking solutions for defense, security, and critical infrastructure. At the core of this offering is the ASTER-C2ISR Command & Control Management Platform, developed in compliance with military system requirements. The platform integrates and manages multiple AI recognition models—including license plate recognition, facial recognition, thermal imaging, and object detection—providing powerful capabilities for defense operations and smart security. These technologies strengthen Taiwan’s coastal surveillance and help eliminate radar blind spots. Leveraging its expertise in communications and intelligent systems, Twoway has also developed high-specification drone communication modules and satellite communication modules tailored for defense and military-grade drone applications. This marks a significant step in the Group’s transition from industrial-grade solutions to mission-critical, military-grade systems.

Guided by this philosophy, the Group actively fulfills its corporate social responsibility. We dedicate 0.05% of monthly revenue to charitable initiatives at home and abroad, supporting rural education programs and organizing volunteer fundraising activities to create equal learning opportunities for future generations. As part of our ESG commitment, Twoway has also established a corporate organic farm, practicing pesticide-free and chemical-free agriculture in harmony with nature.
